What this means

These products are homemade and not subject to state inspection.

Tram's Table operates as a registered Minnesota cottage food producer. Everything is baked in a home kitchen rather than a commercial one.

What we can and cannot do

We can sell directly to you for collection at an approved location or a market, and we can deliver locally ourselves.

We cannot ship these products. That includes postal mail and courier services such as UPS, FedEx, DoorDash and Uber Eats.

Labels

Every physical product carries a label with the producer's name, registration details, a full ingredient list, any major allergens, the date it was prepared, and this same statement.

Requirements are set by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, and they are the authority on what applies. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
