Ordering

How does ordering work?: Choose what you would like, pick a date, and pay at checkout. Everything is baked to order, so orders close a few days ahead.
What are the order deadlines?: Each product shows its own lead time. Most need two to four days notice, and laminated pastries need longer.
How will I hear about my order?: By email. You will get a confirmation when you order, another when payment clears, and a reminder before your pickup date.

Where do I pick up my order?: You choose a pickup location and time window at checkout. Exact details are sent in your confirmation email.

Do you deliver?: Tram delivers directly within a small local zone. Enter your ZIP code at checkout to see whether you are inside it.
Can you ship to me?: No. Minnesota cottage food rules do not allow these products to be shipped, and that includes postal mail and courier services such as UPS, FedEx, DoorDash and Uber Eats. Pickup and direct local delivery are the only options.

How do you handle allergens?: Every product lists its full ingredients and any of the nine major allergens it contains. Everything is baked in a home kitchen that also handles wheat, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame, so cross-contact is possible. If an allergy is severe, please ask before ordering.

How should I store what I collect?: Storage guidance is on each product page. As a rule, bread keeps at room temperature and should not be refrigerated.

Can I order something custom?: Yes. Send a request through the contact page. A request is not a confirmed order until Tram replies.

What if I need to cancel?: Get in touch as early as you can. Once an order is in production it may not be possible to cancel it.

How do refunds work?: If something is not right, reply to your order email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Is this a licensed bakery?: Tram's Table operates as a registered Minnesota cottage food producer. These products are homemade and not subject to state inspection.
