What a cottage bakery actually means

Tram’s Table is a registered Minnesota cottage food producer. Everything is baked in a home kitchen, and these products are homemade and not subject to state inspection.

In practice that means a few things. Orders are collected at a pickup spot or delivered locally by hand. Nothing is posted or couriered. Batches are small, because one person is baking them.

It also means every label carries a full ingredient list and every allergen we know about. That part is not a formality.
